"A bit old hotel but some Positif points"

"Very helpful staff, nice view of the seaside. Otherwise basic 3 star amenities. Meets expectations for sure but that's about it."

"Nice clean hotel. No complaints. Thank you."

"Location us excellent close to beach close to casino close to restaurants"

"This was a last minute booking and my budget was small so my expectations were not very high. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sanremo. If, like me, you are unfortunate enough to get a room close to the adjacent petrol station, you might find your room is not dark enough for an undisturbed sleep. The room is basic but clean. My mattress was very hard. The free breakfast is adequate but only one cup of coffee offered! Overall, I am satisfied with my stay."

"It was right on the beach. A bit dated, but clean sound of the waves made for a great night’s sleep. A short walk along the sea to nice restaurants."

"This hotel is close to the town, the beach & the train station but we never experienced any traffic noise. The room was comfortable, there staff were friendly, helpful & polite. Last but not least, the breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of food and drinks. We will definitely visit there again."

"Great location near beaches tucked away from main road and within easy walk to downtown attractions. Breakfast at luxury hotel next door adds a bit of glamour. "

"Wonderful hospitality and very helpful caring staff! Lovely breakfast too! Would definitely recommend staying there! "

"Great breakfast, very convenient location, next shopping, casino and restaurant."

"Old hotel which was probably beautiful in its day but now very worn out . Especially the check in area . The room was big with a great view though ! "

"The hotel is in a great location near the beach and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A good choice of food and drinks at breakfast. However, the room was very old and in need of modernisation. In addition, I did not because of the noise."

"Everything we could hope for and in a great location."

"Very nice and clean hotel. Very good location. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. "

"We love Patrizia !!! Everything was nice and clean"

"Longer than we expected from the station. Breakfast was a bit sparse if you don't like cake in the morning. The receptionist when we arrived in the evening was absolutely lovely though."

"Very nice staff and people, the beach path is great for running and walking and there are many nice restaurants near by. Also a Pelagic marina animal presentation since France Italy and Monaco have protected the marine areas…. "

"Great little hotel right on the beach. We would definitely come back!"

"Hotel vieillot dans son jus, en période de canicule nous avions vérifié qu’il était équipé de climatisation. A part faire du bruit aucun air frais, avons vu le veilleur de nuit qui ne nous a même pas proposé de ventilateur et nous a rit au nez. N’avons rien dormi. Rapport qualité/prix nul. Avons séjourné dans d’autres hôtel bcp moins cher et au confort topissime. "
