"Die Fotos entsprechen der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist zuzweit in Ordnung , wenn man sich mag und 24/7 gern zusammen ist. Das Bettsofa war okay. Am schönsten war die Terrasse. Mega Ausblick. Es gab eine Markise, so dass man im Schatten den Nachmittag und frühen Abend dort verbringen konnte. Die Wohnung ist in einen Wohnanlage, wo auch italienische Nachbarn wohnen . "Easy to find Car Park where I was met & taken to property along a winding stepped pathway between the old buildings. Nicely fitted flat with a tiny balcony for morning sun/breakfast. Large bed and good wardrobe space. Sitting area / breakfasting table were fine with TV available (nothing in English). Small shower room was clean and functional. Decent week of warm sun / cloud and nice areas to explore along both the Italian & French the coast and also into the mountains."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Ginestra sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist natürlich unbezahlbar. Der Internetauftritt entspricht 1:1 der Realität. Der Pool wurde von unseren beiden Töchtern sofort in Beschlag genommen. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf Monaco und kann mindestens einmal in der Woche ein Feuerwerk über der Stadt bewundern. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns mehrmals frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten gegeben. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung...

"Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht über das Meer und die Küste. Leider war es das schon an Positivem. Die Wohnung war während unseres Aufenthalts nämlich komplett mit Ameisen befallen gewesen. Vor allem in Küche und Bad war es extrem wo sich oft Ameisenstrassen bildeten wenn mal was rumlag oder etwas offen stand. Der Vermieter war hier auch nicht sehr hilfreich, da er uns, anstatt zu helfen, nur empfahl selbst ein Ameisenspray zu besorgen. Erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bekamen wir dann...

"Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Anreise war problemlos! Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und in tadellosem Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr in Ordnung. Die Dekoraration ist sehr verhalten und geschmackvoll. Deshalb haben wir uns hier gleich wohl gefühlt. "Location is excellent, direct access to the beach on one side and direct to shops on the other. We got the sea view which is worth it. Not much different from the ones with the balconies. Breakfast was excellent. Not room is smaller but well put together. No fridge but we went out most of the time. Would stay again no problem Staff are very friendly and always welcoming"
