"For a low end option near the University of Sheffield, this is a great choice as you can walk to the student union in 10-15 mins. Parking can get challenging as the lot is small, and the street fills. Close to shops."

"Amazing Receptionist. We arrived bout 3pm nd checked in with no issues. When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. We found many small.air freshner balls on th floor and the smell was from them. "Sadly the outside area let the place down. Time and a little money spent on this would make a huge difference, especially when you first arrive. Sweeping up, and planting out some tubs would vastly improve ‘kerb appeal’ As for the interior, little chips off door frames, and marks on walls could do with attention. Carpets generally could do with a bit of a clean. However the warm welcome we received, and efforts to accommodate our group was excellent! Thank you."
