"Lovely hotel. It was beyond my expectations. Except on lady in the reception rest of the staffs were great. Unfortunately my room was not ready on time and had to wait 30 mins at lobby. The staff didn’t put any effort to compensate the delay. "

Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only. "The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition. "
