"I stayed for two nights in December 1 & 2 in a King Executive room on the 21st floor. My only complaint was the noise due to old windows. I mentioned this in passing at the front desk, and they advised they were in process of rolling out better window noise insulation and had already completed through the 6th floor. The customer service was exceptional, each interaction with the site staff was professional and positive. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the amenities (pool - gym was closed...

"Friendly courteous staff. Room was new modern and spotless. Towels could be softer and perhaps offer pickup from the train station. If you do I just missed it. Offer pickup when someone is making the reservation? A room microwave would be a bonus! Not here long enough to have an opinion on other services but appreciate the luggage storage option. "

"They care so much about us , from the Manager to the last employee . Great location 2 minutes walk to DownsView station , many buses in front of the hotel , this was the first time and it will definitely not be last one , we will Back . "

"The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was wonderful. I forgot my ID at home, and he still helped us out, and got us into our room. The room was amazing. Super clean, and the hot tub was incredible. We had dinner in the restaraunt, and jt was amazing. Also, the breakfast was great. We will be back again for sure. "
