"We stayed for 1 night for a concert at the Utilita Arena which is in walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff in reception and at breakfast were all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed but the bathroom was looking a bit tired. The price was excellent for a family of 4 though especially as a good breakfast buffet was included. We parked at Newhall Street NCP for a secure car park which was about an 8 minute walk from the hotel - maybe not ideal for...

"Check in was quick, friendly & efficient. Room was lovely and spacious with a runway view as i requested, so very pleased with that. We are both Travel Agents so a bit geeky like that. Bathroom was spacious and a great shower. My only issue was bed was hard for me. Im used to a softer bed. Felt like i had been punched in the arm in the morning. But sure it would suit other people. Food was excellent in restaurant and staff were again very efficient."
