"Only stayed for one night but will certainly be back, the hotel is an old coaching inn from the 1800’s and if you are looking for a bland, anonymous place it’s not for you, quiet, friendly, warm and comfortable with character and quirks, my room had a 10” thick mattress ( i’m sad, i measured it ) with very good quality bedding that gave me a superb night’s sleep and even a settee to lounge on while i watched the good sized tv, views out of my windows were of Lickey forest. "A nice, clean hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and approachable staff. Meals were very generous, filling and delicious! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked so it set us up for the day. Would love to come back."
