"Family lives in the house and they do not Care if you want to sleep or not. Booked for 4, got bed for 2 only. So me and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch covered with our coat. The family disturbs you with cooking until midnight, then the son started to eat very loudly, singing and making noice with the spoon on the plate in the space where we were meant to sleep. "Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Location was ideal has we had arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum, also we had lovely meal booked at the Bella Dona Italian restaurant both within a short drive. "Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"

"Good standard of apartments with everything you need. Corridors are noisey with doors slamming. Outside, Birmingham maket, busy from 2am with crate deliveries. Otherwise no compaints, comfy bed, plenty of room for a short city break."
