"We were welcomed warmly by staff and walked to our room with information and explanations along the way. Room was large, nice and bed was comfortable. Easy walk to our cruise boat dock. Easy walk to tram and bus stop. Staff was helpful with directions. Coffee available for purchase in the morning if not purchasing breakfast buffet. Wonderful stay in Basel. "

Breakfast was included but not too many options. Room was small but sufficient for a single person. As it’s right next to a busy street, can get noisy very early in the morning. Although the instructions for locating the shuttle pick-up point were clear and helpful, upon reaching "Parking Express," there were no signs indicating the transfer. "Comfortable stay. Rooms are big enough for two only, but good comfortable beds. Breakfast was good quality with a decent amount of choices (eggs, baked beans, yoghurt, fruit, cheeses, meats, sausages, juice, tea and coffee). Tram stop was a short distance (4-6 min walk) which was convenient."
