"The property didnt responde in our check in. So we never checked in at all..we got scammed by this property, no response from all our calls and messages. And even expedia had a hard time contacting the this Property. And we never get a refund totally this is scammed."

"Hotel is potentially great but unfortunately a few things were broken such as the safe, phone etc and the water was sometimes cold. There was also a smell of sewage. I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi was freezing cold. Reception cited maintenance issues but they were fobbing me off. I asked to speak to the manager every day about these issues but I was told they are unavailable. On the last night I got upgrated to a bigger room but I feel that I didn’t get value for money and the manager failed to address or even speak to me about my concerns. Otherwise the room was nice & clean and the breakfast buffet was simple but pleasant. Lots of crew available who are pleasant but they were unable to do anything regarding numerous issues. "
