"Nice little town. Great staff always helpful. Dinner was fantastic in their restaurant. Stayed in the 3rd floor, no lift. We pre packed clothes in a backpack to help save carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs. "

"The deluxe double room was beautiful! It was spacious, with four poster bed and seating area for two. The bathroom was enormous, with a large tub bath, seperate walk in shower and enclosed toilet within the room. It was modern and bright with high ceilings, overlooking the street at the front of the hotel, minutes from the M8 motorway. The room was really quiet and peaceful, even on a Friday night. Our only problem was the heat! It was very warm and we couldn't see a control for the heating. Overall, it was 5 star, not 3! Would recommend, and will probably return when we're in the central belt"

"very comfortable place, well situated - the only down side was 30 stairs to get to our room - but it was a comfortable room. the swim and gym facilities of course were a real bonus - added to our value"

"Great communication from start to finish very welcoming upon arrival. Room was lovely clean and veey comfertable. Good options for breakfast. Callum the owner made a lovely breakfast & ofdered more if we wished but wasnt needed very filling great atmosphere with retro record player playing in background. Would highly reccomend and we will definetly use the facility again. Good access ro local toen amenities xx"

"The hotel is set in the grounds of Stirling University, which is a bit confusing when you're looking for it but the grounds are lovely "

"What a great place to stay. I have stayed in every hotel in Callander and this is far the best . Terrific food, reasonable priced drinks and a warm welcome. Close to a variety of bars and shops within walking distance."
