"This was my 3rd brief stay.Each time,I have been welcomed & made to feel my visit matters to reception & waiting & bar staff. The room is chosen to protect me from the live music in the bar ,as I have requested .The rooms are very clean even if the carpet is a bit well -trodden.As a woman on my own, I have felt comforted by the friendly & helpful attitudes of everyone i have come across during my stays. "Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues.
Issues mainly around the following:
numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment;
toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray);
cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom;
various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up;
