Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. "Booked the room located on the ground floor. Note that it is accessed via a door from the street and then down four or five steps. As such it feels a bit like you are in a basement. There is a window to the front into the street. The only other light is from side windows into a ventilation shaft that doubles as a staircase for the upstairs.
