Nota negativa: la doccia blu fredda a nebulizzazione non funzionava. Piscina bella, ma nota negativa l'acqua fredda. Nota negativa dell'idromassaggio per l'acqua fredda, questo è inacettabile. "The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "

Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...
