"It was an easy walk to the Inner Harbor area. "

"I booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle only to find out that there was no shuttle service that night because the driver was off that day. "

"Our nice was very nice and the staff was polite and courteous. The best included breakfast I’ve ever seen. Only downside is limited outside areas for families that sometimes want to be outdoors, otherwise great property to stay at."

"The staff was very young but nice and polite. The hotel room was very clean and modern. The hotel itself was showed a lot of age inside (hallways, check in area, etc.). There were also a few sketchy people hanging around outside. It didn't look good. It gave off a "vibe" that wasn't good for first time guests. However I can say I never felt threatened or scared."

"The hotel is in a very nice area. It's clean, inside and out. The employees were friendly and attempted to fix any problems I had. The elevator near my room was out of service the whole time I was there, (4 nights). I was on the top floor and I used the stairway. The bathrooms were clean but didn't have ventilation fans. There was a vent in the ceiling, but not an actual fan. For me, the cleanliness and the employees made up for any deficiencies. I would stay there again."

"The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The only thing we don’t like is the demeanor of the young lady by the reception/front desk when we checked in; she is not friendly, does not smile or greet you. There’s no effort on her part to be friendly and pleasant. Other staff are nice though. "

"I enjoy using the shuttle the drivers have all been really amazing with their service and conversations. I really like the bar and the ones who tend it, they are great and I always look forward to it. Rooms are well kept and clean. I don’t want to stay anywhere else when I am here."
