"I love the hospitality of the staff specially receptionist. They are very helpful .. only thing we are not happy about it’s to hot no air condition. Receptionist encourage to open the window. Which we did but the noise is ridiculous. Cleanliness is amazing and except at 2:00 am went to the washroom.. I saw a cockroach walking on my feet.. ayayyy.. no sleep.. "Super-nice, clean and very friendly hotel. It's about 15 min walk (up hill) to the center... but in l'Aquila everything is up and down the hill. The hotel property is excellent shape, and the rooms are large and convenient. Would stay there again without a blink!"

"The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "

Spacious and spotless rooms

"We were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms are spacious and private - each room has a private entrance in a "condo/townhome" type of setting. Our room was large with a balcony and french doors in the bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the room too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service impeccable. The hotel also has top notch restaurant if you don't feel like driving to town one night."
