"This is the newest of the Rui properties in Jamaica and they have really thought about the layout & facilities. The rooms are bright, spacious and now include a separate toilet. The view from the balcony are sea view which is so beautiful. The staff are helpful & polite. The room service needs working on, they haven’t got this right yet. I had to complain & they did try to resolve it but I’m sure that will improve. All in all, I had a great birthday staycation here."
