"No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it"

"Fantastic value for money. Stayed in a 2-bed apartment, was incredibly spacious. Having the laundry to do the kids clothes over a long stay was very handy. The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. "I travelled alone, for exploring N-Tas. I am driving by my own, so that The hotel location is great, free car parking is included. The single bed room is old but acceptable cleared off of my iiiuclean minimal,"

"Our stay at The Florance was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the wonderful breakfast was a perfect start to the day. I truly could not fault it!"

"All was good"

"Beautiful heritage property that was clean, comfortable and easy to park at. Great location for city access on foot too."

"The grounds needed quite a bit of maintenance however the accommodation was fine. Didn't have a holiday feel because of emergency housing families who were a bit noisy and their cabins were untidy"
