"Great amenities. Let down by the fact the lift was out of service the whole time I was there, limiting myself due to my disability making me bound to my room for a lot of the stay which was dissapointing."

"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, not forgetting the maintenance crew. Everyone made us feel genuinely cared for. The room was clean and well maintained. The swimming pools were nicely heated, although the jacuzzi could be a degree or two warmer. This is a place we always enjoy returning to, and we are already looking forward to our next visit."

"This was our third consecutive visit to Cay Beach Princess. It’s very good value accommodation, with very friendly and helpful staff. Although it is out of town, it is easy and cheap to get taxis. "
