"Everything came as advertised, we had a beach-view apartment in the large highrise Orbi City complexes in Batumi, with a breakfast delivered to our room in the morning. The apartment was relatively clean and well-outfitted, though there's limited availability of on-site hotel service if needed. A solid place to stay for a couple of nights."

"We stayed on this property for 2 days and 2 nights. The hotel is placed in a heart of old Batumi and everything is in walking distance. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We asked for late check out and they let us do so without charge. I wont to extend our thanks to GM Elene Miroian and Gigi Javshanashvili for their friendly and helpful disposition. In short we are very grateful for our stay . We, certainly come back again "

"All i can say is, if you book there, double check a couple times before you go that you're actually registered as a guest. I booked and paid for a three month reservation last April, got there June 1 and they had overbooked. Had to find alternate accommodation."

"Terrible Customer Service. The reception personnel quite rude with customers. Absolutely helpless. They clean the rooms ONLY every three days. Even if you request to get your room clean, they won’t do it. It took them two days to bring toilet paper and towels to the room (I am not exaggerating). We have to buy toilet paper at the grocery store. They always lied about everything: anything you request at the reception: they always sayid: “you’ll get it in the next few hours”. "It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. "
