"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. "We loved our stay at Rooms Batumi. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and the rooftop area is absolutely stunning! Beautiful views, great place to grab a drink and towels provided, we spent a lovely afternoon by the pool. We had lunch in the diner downstairs which whilst delicious was expensive by Georgian standards and the shower area is a bit precarious as it gets very slippery so would be very careful around the shower. However, overall it’s a great hotel and we would definitely stay again if we returned to Batumi."
