"Stayed there for a week . Hotel is in an upscale Roma Norte . It feels very safe in the neighbourhood and is very close to the metro bus station which can take you anywhere to the city with easy connections to the metro . The hotel looks pretty updated and room is clean and the housekeeping lady was helpful and did a very good job. If the hotel room had air conditioning , it would be perfect . Fortunately there is a fan in the room , that helps a lot given the hot weather in May . Front desk...

"Staff already knows the hotel is located on a busy street and it has plenty of empty rooms. Nevertheless, the staff gives you the room closest to the noisy street, while leaving back and quiet rooms empty. If you ask for another room the staff says is not possible as other rooms are already booked."

"The property is very strict about the 3:00 pm checkin. The restaurant is not open from noon to 3:00pm which is not published anywhere. Don't arrive early thinking you can eat before checkin because you can't. Once we checked in things were okay."

"Second stay at this hotel. Very nice place to stay, the grounds were beautiful. Restaurant was great. Staff was exceptional. Housekeeping was very friendly and they worked very hard all day and evening. Had a couple minor issues that were resolved fairly quickly. Met the hotel manager,, Mario, and he was super friendly. Very satisfied and I recommend staying there."
