"Almost perfect in every way, if I'd be nitpicking I'd say the location is not the nicest in Marseille and there were noisy guys in the street behind our apartment. Also the air conditioning didn't seem to work but at this time of the year evenings are very comfortable so we just opened the windows."

"Les chambres sont plutôt grandes, la literie est bonne et le linge, la sale de bain et les toilettes sont propres. L'accueil et les échanges avec les salariées est super. Par contre, la porte des toilettes était vraiment sale (plein de coulures marron...?!?) et le rideau occultant était plus petit que la fenêtre, ce qui fait que je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit en raison de la lumière extérieure. Il n'a pas été possible de me changer de chambre, et il n'y a eu aucune compensation sur le prix malgré ces désagréments"

"Staff is so helpful, charming , TRULY. Location is perfect, chose with a port-side view, well worth it, to look onto the gorgeous old port of Marseille. Yes, the series of initial stairs to climb to the lobby is typical of old Europe, but the staff had immediately warned us as soon as we had made our reservations. Friends in Marseille had recommended the hotel as reasonably priced with excellent staff & rooms, and they were right. Merci encore a l’equipe a la reception de l’hôtel!!"
