We loved this place from the moment we arrived. We were shown to our room which was comfortable and clean, small and simple. We threw open the shutters and windows to catch the cool breeze and sunset. We took a quick swim as the last rays of warm sun shone. We had a wonderful 3 course dinner and wine for two and then breakfast in the morning, both outside and enjoyed the view of the gardens and surrounding fields, all of which were bathed in light reminiscent of a Vangough painting. We accidentally made our reservation for one day earlier than it should have been. The staff did everything possible to make the needed changes without complaint. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, area is perfect. Would highly recommend!!

Included with your room is access to the pool and other relaxation facilities. Great way to unwind after a long travel day. Easy access to Old Town and dining. The A/C had been turned off for the season and the room was very hot. The noise from outside made it impossible to open the door for cool air. Had difficulty getting comfortable to sleep. We finally took out the comforter and used just the duvet.

We stumbled upon this hotel at the last minute and we couldn't be happier. It's PERFECT. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had breakfast in the gardens...exactly how you'd expect a French countryside hotel to be. It felt like we were in our own home. We LOVED this hotel and would definitely go to Aix en Provence just to stay there again.

The one thing I would change is the check in/out times. They’re too late & too early.

The staff was accommodating in every way. We really felt like our every needs were met. They even printed out driving directions when we needed them. Breakfasts were delicious, including made to order omelettes. Packed us a breakfast when we had to leave early for the TGV. We will stay there again for sure.

Great Staff!! I am a Senior and the front desk Day manager was so helpful !! I asked for her help making TGV reservations and she made them for me! We had brought some food back for Apero and Ines showed where I could get plates, napkins and silverware so we could enjoy Apero on my balcony. The front desk person at night was also very congenial and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. She also provided wine glasses for evening Apero and guided us parking our car.
