You have to get into a street elevator to get into the second floor. There is lots of construction now and it may get better when the construction is finished. "Hôtel has close proximity to the railway station and the centre ville . It is a quaint and characterful run by a really friendly host. Room was great - the stairs give an interesting optical illusion when you go up them !! Lots of help and advice offered about the town by the owner who was very much trying to help you have the most from your trip . Excellent value for the money "
