"What an absolutely amazing first experience with Staybridge! Every single employee I encountered went above and beyond, from the manager picking me up at the airport, to helping me get my luggage to my room and doing it all in reverse during checkout. I'm mobility impaired and am using an electric wheelchair. I appreciated all the accessibility in the room. I will definitely seek out Staybridge in my future travels, but nobody is going to be any better than the employees at the Columbus Ohio...

The only thing we didn't like was how loud it was in the pool area due to what I assume was the motor from possibly an air conditioning unit from a nearby building or maybe from their own unit. Otherwise, a wonderful stay. This was our second time staying here and we definitely plan to return!"
