"Only stayed for 1 night following a concert. The room was clean, but had minor blemishes ( some peeling paint in the bathroom, obvious repair work to the ceiling). There were plenty of outlets and the check in was smooth and friendly."

"This really was a great stay! Don’t be fooled by the motel appearance on the outside, the rooms themselves are very nice (including free coffee/tea in the room). Everyone who works the front desk & coffee shop are extremely sweet and accommodating. Just two things: some sheets and towels had hair that was very much not mine, even right after the cleaning crew came through; and be aware this is next to train tracks. "Room was less than stellar which is wild because they had the nerve to charge a deposit. I want my money back! The staff offer dry pleasantries and are not personable so it’s uncomfortable checking in to the room and they rushed me as I was checking out. I could understand if it’s because of the turnaround and need to clean room but as I stayed in the room that was visibly dirty in bright places it strikes me as odd. At any rate I do hope this can be a one time experience because I do frequent...

"We were very disappointed that the pool was not available. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. I feel they should update their website with the information that the pool is not open until Best Western okays the pool. Very deceptive "
