But that was his fault not the hotels, we just had to walk a little bit. "A gorgeous boutique hotel, with the most accommodating staff and host. Manuel was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I stayed before and after doing a 4 day Inca Trail hike, and my luggage was securely stored and placed in my room upon my return. Breakfast was excellent. Very central to Plaza de Armas without being noisy. Perfect place to stay in Cusco. Highly recommend."

"Loved our stay! The couple that runs it are very nice and helpful! You can tell they care a lot about their visitors and inn. We didn't have any problem storing our luggage during a excursion to Machu Picchu. They were even up to see us off at 3 am with snacks and water. Rooms are clean and breakfast is simple but lovely. It's farther away from the city center but in exchange it"s a much quieter location. "

If you don't get mugged in the dark and dirty streets outside the hotel, the staff will make sure they take every opportunity to stiff you on your bill.
