"After booking it 2 months ahead and calling ahead 12 hours ago, we had a Terrible stay !!. After checkingvin at 2:30a, we had to deal with plumbing issues - the bathroom sink and shower would not drain. We had to shower standing in dirty water. The bathroom had zero ventilation. The staff came and told us that was not a bid deal and that they would fix them in the morning. Next day we had to check out. One good thing was that they stored our luggage for 2 hours after check out. "

"This is a small boutique hotel in south Mumbai; overall, the hotel is old and cries for renovation, with the electricity regularly going out for periods. Nonetheless, the staff was accommodating, polite, and very friendly. Breakfast was hosted at the next-door hotel on a lower floor, with the rooftop bar also located next door. "Never seen in my history this kind of a service and cheating to the customer room was booked through you and they have denied and after confirming the receiption manager they have not check in and assured that when come that time they will do but unfortunately the person was changed and receiption personnel harrased and disapointing behaviour has been noticed and also paid the breakfast they have not given."
