"My husband and I went to see the wild flowers and were just looking for a place to crash at the end of the day. This lodge was such a nice surprise! Our room was beautiful, had a fridge and a coffee maker with tea and coffee provided, and a huge bathtub. The farm itself is also very nice with a lot of wild flowers, and orange trees that smell like heaven. The best part was the dinner. It turns out that the chef/owner used to run a famous restaurant in Stellenbosch and he made us an incredible...

"Large downstairs lounge / kitchen. All the facilities you need for family stay. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, air con, gas heater, microwave, gas hob, oven TV and Wifi. Just bring food. Space to sleep up six. Excellent base for exploring the Cederberg. Secure parking to rear of building."

"Very cool location and quite relaxing. Needs some improvement on the interior and exterior of the cottage though as a lot of things were worn. It was quite windy while we were there and the wind blew most of the smoke coming the fireplace back inside which made everything smell like smoke, including our clothes in our suitcases. It did improve the feeling of being in a remote location, but still, this is probably not what you want. Overall quite good and value for money."

"We kregen een upgrade naar een groter huis. Heel mooi en groot. Helaas was er een stroom storing in het park. Maar de eigenaar kwam met monteurs om een aggregaat te installeren. Dus gingen we gezellig met kaarsen aan bij de openhaard zitten. Verbeterpunt voor de volgende keer, we misten wat pannen, voor als je langer blijft. Fantastisch uitzicht."
