My husband and I went to see the wild flowers and were just looking for a place to crash at the end of the day. This lodge was such a nice surprise! Our room was beautiful, had a fridge and a coffee maker with tea and coffee provided, and a huge bathtub. The farm itself is also very nice with a lot of wild flowers, and orange trees that smell like heaven. The best part was the dinner. It turns out that the chef/owner used to run a famous restaurant in Stellenbosch and he made us an incredible gourmet dinner. In the kitchen, he is being helped by a group of local kids that he "adopted" to teach them the culinary art. Overall, just this longe is worth a drive from Cape Town. Thank you Benjamin and your team.

Amazing - Stargazing

We decided to come here because it’s a place without light pollution. This hotel sound cool, so we will go it. But when we arrived, this place was really amazing ! Pool, garden, close to a Orange agriculture and AN AMAZING OWNER ! The breakfast was really good (vegetarian and vegan possibilities). This family work for your pleasure and we felt relax and peaceful Thanks !

De landlord is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Geweldig ontbijt waar de Engelse jaloers van worden. Ook het optionele diner is van hoge klasse en verraad een chef-kok. Mooie omgeving midden tussen de citrusbomen. Gebouw is wat gedateerd maar de aankleding en de ambiance maken dat weer goed. Helaas, het zwembad is nog een kuil, maar wellicht volgend jaar een echte"pool" .

Friendly staff. Nice food (although please wash herbs before putting them on the plate, had some interesting critters almost meeting my mouth) Nicely decorated rooms. The fridge needs a good scrub though and can I recommend not leaving a toilet roll with only a few blocks left on the the holder, it just doesn't look welcoming. Other than that, lovely people and a pretty place
