"all the staff were so friendly that made feel like I know them for ever and they were family. they help with everything I request like taxi, transportation to and from airport as well to the port. suggestion to restaurant and offer nice meal at another hotel also part of them but we did have free shuttler bus to the restaurant. the location is super convenience near to supermarket, fruit places, Pizzeria, Gelaterias, hair salon, and close to down town Chevitaveccia where many entertainment was happening. all local shops were so affordable. the breakfast was super good, organic and fresh eggs. I will definitely use this place again"

"The hotel is very well located on the main road directly across from the boardwalk along the water. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants and the grocery store. There is no 'free' water station in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff at check in spoke perfect English and were very professional and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in so they held our luggage in a locked room. We booked 2 sea view rooms; they were clean and spacious. The hotel itself could so with some general maintenance to fix wear to walls and doors etc. We had large balconies facing the sea side however, the patio furniture was not in good shape and didn't leave you wanting to enjoy the space outside. The AC worked well. There were large closets with lots of space. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices including pastries, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. We stayed pre-cruise for 2 nights. They can organize paid shuttles to the cruise terminal for you. We walked to the Largo Della Pacce main cruise shuttle hub and boarded the free Princess shuttle to the terminal from there. All in all, good value for money at a well located hotel with kind and helpful staff."
