"I'm not sure why this hotel is rated so highly. I would call it just so-so. The rooms are in bad need of updating, and it took forever for the heater to warm the room. Perhaps it's the best thing in San Fernando? I was hoping that since the property had a conference center the staff would speak English, however that was not the case. The staff were extremely nice however. The breakfast consisted of cold meats, cheeses, pies and pastries, and instant coffee. Not the best, however when I asked...

"We loved it but, they need better arrangements for coming and going. There was only 1 key for opening the gate and since we were there with family with everyone doing what they wanted it made things difficult. I suggest a pin pad with a code for each renter."
