"Great staff. Historical location. Great restanrant. Take the 12:00 tour of the property very insightful Only caveats is the pool is subpar rectangular no ambiance or character Restanrant Includes the tip in the bill but they don't tell you that and I added the normal tip in top of that and they didn't say anything either. That's very bad practice small.amount it's the principle and not acceptable from this level prpoerty"

"Our stay was wonderful. The property was surrounded with beautiful sights from fascinating antiques to the lush gardens. The owners were very attentive and always available for whatever we needed or had questions about. The breakfast was delicious and elegant. Cannot say enough about our stay. Everything was perfect. It was located very close to a few dining options and wineries too!"

"Staying here was pure heaven! This place is very special and absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing and the staff were so helpful and kind. And the breakfast and dinners??… so delicious and perfect! We hated to leave!"

"Sofia, Rodrigo, Matteo, Benjamin, Claudio, Chef Camillo, Javier and Fernanda were absolutely the highlight of our stay in terms of kind and genuine staff members. They truly exemplified hospitality. Food quality was excellent. Chef Camillo was truly world-class, amazing attention to detail and truly understands farm to table. Carolina Ruiz from guest services, was dismissive and wasn’t knowledgeable. Hospitality management seemed lacking as she was very defensive and aloof, she wanted to just end the conversation or questions and move on to other things. Limited amenities in the room, no shower caps, vanity amenities, etc. Sauna wasn’t open even though the website said it is finished in 2025. Default wine at every meal was rose… literally rose all day."
