"I gave it 5 stars in most areas considering it’s a 3 star hotel. So many travelers, specially us Americans, rate their stays on five star hotel expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a power outage for about 1 hrs but they dealt with it. I wanted another night which was not available but they found me a room just down the street and checked me in to it at 9am. I liked Il Duomo and the staff and recommend it. "

Had to take cabs back and forth, although the man in reception was very helpful in arranging this. No restaurant on the premises but Nanna Rosa is very close to the hotel and the food there is wonderful. "
