"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator...

"Clean and big room. Shower cabin was tiny so it was difficult to shower or move in/out, and I'm not even a big person. Had big balcony with 2 chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. Balcony was very big and had even view of the beach and sea. There was also a swimming pool (big and small) that we didn't use but it looked clean and spacious.
