"The hotel is divided into two sections: one is rated 3 stars and the other 4 stars. Unfortunately, this isn't made clear when booking. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property on booking platforms, and the photos mainly showcase the 4-star rooms. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our room was actually in the 3-star section.
This was quite disappointing, as if I had known in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel that was genuinely 4 stars for the same price.

"Lovely hotel in a quiet area few minutes walk from the centre and the beach. Amazing food and lovely staff, the hotel is run really well. The rooms are quite basic but the mattress are very comfortable and the water pressure is great. Drinks and food at the hotel is nicely priced. There's a free car park 10 minutes walk away which was great as parking is not easy around the hotel. You have to pay to use the safe and have a fridge no kettle in the room. We'll be back soon...Great holiday!!!"

Food was the exact same everyday and I mean everyday , pizza that was included was tinned tuna !! If you wanted a different kind of pizza you had to pay extra , my kids struggled to find much to eat probably the worst all inclusive I have been to.

Das Zimmer mit Bad ist von der Grösse her ausreichend jedoch wurde ab dem zweiten Tag das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt und auch kein Müll entsorgt dementsprechend war es bei der Abreise sehr schmutzig. Es wurde auch nie nachgesehen ob wir noch genug Toilettenpapier haben wir mussten selbst zur Rezeption gehen wo uns eines gegeben...
