"This hotel is very close to the airport, restaurants and shops. The room was very spacious and the decor was great. It does provide free breakfast but we didn’t get to try it due to our early flight."
"We loved our stay at The Palms! Overall, the hotel is very cute and clean. We really appreciated that the cleaning staff tidied our room for us everyday.
The pool area was amazing and the location of the hotel could not be beat - just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We would definitely stay here again.
My two recommendations for the room was that the walls could use some painting, there were some scuff marks. The room could also use more hooks, shelves, racks, and areas to hang and store...
"This hotel is a true gem. There is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and the restaurant serves high quality and delicious food. It is safe, tranquil, and exceptionally clean. The tropical gardens are beautifully maintained and my stay was amazing."
"The pool and grounds of the property were gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Nice breakfasts made to order. The economy rooms are a bit basic, we decided to pay a bit more to upgrade to a superior room which was excellent."
"La habitación estaba muy limpia gracias a la Sra por su mantenimiento , La Sra Jenny y El Sr Anthony Gerentes de recepción muy atentos excelente atención al cliente, buen wifi, muy buena estancia para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas. Gracias."
"Although very conveniently located if you need something in Santa Cruz; the hotel is very basic; beds are just OK (not very comfortable, pillows so high that are not possible to use); restroom very hot and you get the noise from the street. I don’t think is worth the money."
"Beautiful property. First night there we ate in the restaurant. We were the only people there watching the sunset over the pacific. Food was excellent. Service was stellar. We saw humming birds, tapir, tocan, and iguanas, all from the outdoor by the pool restaurant. Pool was clean and warm."
"Plenty of parking
Quiet
A drinking glass and a coffee machine would be nice to have given there are no restaurants in the area.
Nice to have a ice machine on the premises."
