"Excellent hotel with everything you need for a great trip"

"Room very comfortable and clean. Everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good. Gated, so it's safe. The amenities were particularly notable, because the hotel is attached to a local country club so there's an Olympic pool with a waterslide, a second pool, a great hot tub, a very good gym, a poolside bar and lounging area, even a tennis court. Hotel Suerre provides a reasonably priced stopover point in an industrial town for those traveling between tourist destinations."

"We had the most amazing lodging at Valverde, Room 1, with the private pool right on the water. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff, especially Rocio, were so attentive and friendly. The grounds were well kept. The availability of the shuttle to and from Tortuguero town worked perfectly for us. We booked a 6am canoe trip on our second day and we saw lots of birds and a cayman. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The meals were mostly good with only one exception, the beef...

"The property is starting to show its age and the damp environment is taking a bit of a toll. There could have been more food choices. The walkways around the property are fabulous."

"Pour une fois l'appellation "Beach Front" est totalement justifiée. La terrasse en hauteur est à 20m de la plage avec accès direct de la chambre. Du fond du hamac, bercé par la rumeur du ressac on se sent le roi du monde. Grande chambre avec des matelas tout à fait convenable. J'ajoute un accueil souriant et très attentif. L'ensemble reste un peu rustique mais pour moi les 5 étoiles sont bien méritées."

"Petit hôtel familial, chambre correcte .un peu loin du centre mais plus calme ..5mn des embarquements . Accès un peu perturbant car on se perd un peu dans les ruelles du village mais on s’y fait très vite . 3mn de la mer 3mn des restos petit déjeuner simple mais correct . Ambiance très sympa.."
