I like the good customer service from the front desk attendants I didn’t like how the housekeeping staff did not speak English AT ALL! so I had to use Google translate to tell them not to throw anything away in my room other then the trash! They threw away a box that I needed so...

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel while I visited for a concert (about a 5 min walk to State Farm arena). I felt completely safe! I arrived 30 minutes before check in and my room was ready already so we were let in. This was great as it gave us a chance to start getting ready and dine out before our event. We got a voucher for a free adult beverage each for my husband and myself and we really enjoyed that prior to our event. Checkout is at 12 so we didn’t feel rushed to wake up early and slept in....

"Everything was wonderful, only complain is the shower, the shower head was really low and didn’t allow for my to stand under and shower. "

"My only concerned about this property was the pool had a light fixture that was just hanging around did not look safe at all, also we only got our trash picked up once I. Our whole stay with a baby you get a lot of trash. But breakfast was really good and everyone there was super nice. The fact that is close to the main planches we had planned to go was a plus!!"
