"We got in late. Bar restaurant closes at 9 although many people still arriving. Maybe the bar needs to stay open a bit longer to accommodate guests. After long flight and no dinner it would have been nice to have a snack and a glass of wine. "

"New and clean place. close to beach, parking on premises, 2 steep down train station - very convenient. But staff very weird - we had breakfast at the lobby, my daughter plugged her phone to charge little bit just next to our table... lady who cleaned tables just removed without even a 1 word and left... Next morning i saw line of people who waited to get breakfast on a plate and the same lady just removed plate full of food and said - breakfast over!..... really??? "

"My husband and I stayed there as we moved our son out of his college dorm. The hotel was not that far from his college and by a plaza that had everything. The room was decent and clean, as was the bathroom. The lobby of the hotel was clean, and the Starbucks cafe downstairs was nice for a quick breakfast grab. The snack section next to the reception desk was our go-to at night. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and there was ample parking. Easy on/off the main highway. Very affordable for the area. Great for families- lots of room. Pool was warm and great for the kids to play in. "

"My friend and I had a great time at Hotel Salem, which is conveniently located on Essex Street. The room was a little small but very clean, and the staff was very welcoming! The rooftop bar is very nice as well! There is no parking, so we parked in the garage close by. Overall, I had a nice stay! "

"The hotel in itself was very nice looking, the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. When I checked in they asked me if I wanted my room cleaned every day & since I have a toddler I said yes, we got our room cleaned ONCE in five days of staying there! No free breakfast EVERYTHING we wanted to eat had to be bought, even the coffee! So upselled and NOT WORTH the price, the food was subpar! Also, mu daughter who traveled with us decided to pay for her own room once we got there, I paid...
