"Please be in mind the train tracks into Zoogarten station are right next door to the hotel, so if your room is on the side of the train tracks, you will not be able to open your window as the trains are very loud. Even with the window closed I could still hear the trains passing by. I asked to be moved to another room for the rest of my stay, but for the first night I could not sleep, trains too loud."

The staff was superb and was waiting for us! The room was clean and had cool extras like a smart elevator that read our key card and took us to the proper floor. "Hotel is in a location with excellent transport links and shops locally. Staff on check in desk were friendly. Room was spacious and good size for a family of 4. The only negative was the beds! The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all as you could feel the bars from the sofa bed through the mattress, and the springs were noisy even with children using it, The 2 main single beds were quite hard. "
