"Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed and clearly very well cared for- our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff made our stay especially memorable. Luca took the time to arrange a late check-in with us and, once we arrived, sat down with us and gave us some fantastic recommendations for Berlin. Ella also made us a coffee that was so good I was still thinking about it days later. The shower was fabulous, and the water...

"The check-in personnel exhibited a level of service that did not align with the standards expected of a five-star establishment."

"Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, Personal immer sehr freundlich, die Bar hat gute Drinks."

"A fabulous boutique hotel with great links into the city, great staff, great food and a stunning room overlooking Orania Platz."

"Trop cool!"

"Had a couple of issues with the room which meant moving at 10.30pm but staff were helpful and did make sure all was ok following day and apologised for the issues. Great location for sightseeing. Surprised restaurant was closed on a Sunday night, good selection for breakfast. On the whole staff friendly and helpful."

Breakfast was delightful...loads of choices, primarily cold meats, breads, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, salad, plenty of juices. No hot food except eggs, but i personally didn't feel...

"Hotel was perfect for our stay. Staff were excellent friendly and helpful"

"The room was clean and spacious."

Breakfast is excellent and, again, the staff in the restaurant are very helpful and welcoming. My only reservation is that there are no USB plugs in the rooms - this is different to pretty much any hotel I’ve stayed in for 5+ years - it’s 2026, everyone need USB power so this need to be remedied… That said, with a great location and everything else...
