"The hotel is visually beautiful - design wise and the room was very clean. Housekeeping on the first night/day let me down by not cleaning the room properly. Cups weren’t cleaned, they didn’t refill drinks sachets, didn’t tidy bathroom properly. The following days tidy was up to standard, but not the Saturday. Also, no sweet treat- like a little biscuit - for 5 star I really expected something nice…. Checking in was a bit confusing as there was a queue of 5/6 people and 5 staff- but only 1 member of staff checking us in. So that 15 min wait was not great. Breakfast was really good on day one but scrambled eggs were cold on day 2. I’d still recommend it, good location and very comfy bed."

"The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are friendly. The only issues we had were that the room was meant to be cleaned every third day, but they skipped us on our third day, even though we had gge hanger on the door asking to be cleaned. And we were expecting a stove in the room, because the description and photos included a stove, but there wasn't one. We would have booked a different room if we knew, because i have food allergies and needed to be able to cook for myself."

"Was asked to pay 15 euros to use the sauna (the pool and gym were apparently ‘complimentary’). Since when does an expensive hotel charge me for part of the fitness center?! A shameless cash grab."

"We stayed 3 nights and it was not match all the expectations. First of all pictures of rooms and other environments about hotel just made with best angles and not reflection of overall hotel. Rooms are not spacious and moreover I can easily say all carpets are dusty and its not proper for allergic persons. Also bed sheets are not clean enough. It is budget friendly hotel however those conditions are definitely below our expectations."

"The location was great. Near restaurants, bakeries and cafes. The ubahn is just around the corner. The room was spacious. The staff were always very accommodating. My room had the view of the city street and I thought that would mean noise but the building must have great soundproofing because I didn’t hear anything from outside despite the number of tourists nearby. I asked the receptionist if they can call me a cab early in the morning to catch my flight and she said they can call me a cab anytime of the day and it’ll come in 3 mins. It was very convenient. "
