"The front desk agent, when I checked in, was super nice. She went above and beyond. I booked a room type which at the end I didn’t need and she accommodated me to an ideal room type that was ready. "We really enjoyed our study. It is a simple and clean room but very spacious! The beds were extremely comfortable and I think the best part was it included a Japanese toilet! I did not connect the dots that this is a hotel that caters to people from Japan and it was a pleasant surprise! It was my first time experiencing a Japanese toilet! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I will lovely stay there again if I'm back in LA."

"It is a gem if you enjoy historic buildings. It has been well preserved. It's very affordable, the room had a small bathroom so we had to get creative with our toiletries, but the bed was comfy., it had a fridge but no microwave in the room. They had one available by the ice machine that you could use. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee in the lobby would have been nice .
