"The hotel/room itself was fine - the carpet in the hallways was very loose on the 4th floor and could potentially be hazardous for people with disabilities. Everything worked and was clean, so no complaints there. I do have to sing the staff's praises because I accidentally left valuable jewelry in our room and called them afterward to let them know. They kindly kept my jewelry items safe for 4 days until I was able to pick it up. I was so thankful and relieved. Kudos to the kind souls who went above and beyond for their guest. Thank you!"
