"I was never informed when I registered that there would not be any housekeeping room clean every day but every 3rd day, and if I needed it, I need to order it 24hours ahead! This is not very attractive nor hygienic for a hotel with all these customers. Also Sat and Sun restaurant is not open, again not informed or posted anywhere that I could see."
