"There is no hotel parking. There is a lot attached to the hotel run by a private company and its $102 US per night. Don't being your car. New York city has done a poor job in downtown traffic flow. The hotel itself is nice for the price !"

It’s a busy area of the city so expect to hear traffic noise and the sound of sirens from your room, however those sounds are muffled by the rattle of the air conditioning unit. We were put in a room just above the outside seating area, and had to contend with the loud music played every night. On the first night we asked to be put in a room further away but...
