"This hotel was a breath of fresh air! Its clean! The gentleman at the front desk was great greating us late as were all the staff. Its pretty and warm feeling. Great breakfast! Room was clean! Nice bathroom. Beds were super comfortable. Pool and tub were clean, tub jets didn't work but whatever. There were plenty of clean towels stocked in the pool. We felt safe there. Great job . "

"The hotel, for as short as a stay as it was, could not have been better. We were able to check in way in advance. Room was immaculate. Amenities were great. This is the first time staying in a hotel where the molding around the bathtub was falling off and moldy and the hot tub actually worked. It seems as if a major renovation or makeover just occurred but it was perfect. There was good eateries in downtown Shippensburg only a short couple minutes drive. The only thing I didn’t like was the time...

"Staying on the second floor I didn’t like that the lights for the front drive shown straight into room and no dark curtains to keep light out. Also the heater leaked water all over the carpet. It was very quiet and clean though. "

"Had an issue with toilet not getting water. Seems this wasnt the first time but the dude on night duty was very cordial and i undertsood there was nothing he could do at that point in time. Issue was fixed soon as morning staff came in."

"We travelled with a group of 5 couples and stayed in the Welty House, known for being part of the ghost tours in Gettysburg. The rooms were decorated in period furniture. There was a beautiful courtyard with tables and chairs where we were able to gather. The beds are very firm, so this made it difficult for some to sleep. Rooms have electric fireplaces (except the Georgia room) which warmed up the rooms nicely. They moved me from the Georgia Room after the first night as the gas fireplace was...
