"Hotel Oslo had very freindly and helpful staff. The checkin process and the parking of the car was efficient. The location was a little bit out of the town center, but was near the river and the train station. The room itself was quite small, just enugh room for the bed, but was well kept. The bathroom shower was so small that when I dropped the soap, I couldn't pick it up, I could only stand up straight in the shower. If you need to shave your legs, there is no way possible."

Walk across the bridge to get into town, and if traveling with kids, there is a cute little park with exact (but scaled for kids) replicas of many of Portugal's (and it's current and former colonies) most famous sites, almost across the street. "The service was excellent. The staff recommendations for restaurants were excellent. The room was great with great views and a great spa/hot tub. Loved the breakfast brought to our room. It was very good. The location is very close to Coinbra University. Dining was close. Shopping was reasonably close but coming back was steep uphill, but not a problem for us. I recommend parking at public parking by the River and take an Uber to the hotel. The cost was minimal. Parking by the hotel was limited...

"The location is very central and stuff super helpful. Rooms small but have everything. Very good value. The only problem is that due to construction on the street there was no way to even unload the luggage , we had to park several blocks away and walk with our bags."
